Returns & Exchanges

We strive for excellence in every object we produce, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all documentation to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Send the package via a trackable shipping service to our studio address; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our team will inspect the item for integrity and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
